KICKOFF

During the kick-off evening, students will meet their team while having dinner together. After enjoying some drinks in Den Haag, the students spend the night in the Novotel Hotel to boost the bonding process.

TRAINING DAY I

During the first training day, the students learned about environmental challenges, sat with their coach and their client to get started on their project and develop the first ideas. The main outcome of this day was to have a clear problem definition of the challenge of the company as well as a persona of the problem owner.

IN-HOUSE DAY

The in-house day was a chance for the students to gain insight into the organisation of which you are solving a case. The participants made good use of this opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the real problem you shall solve with your team and ask more questions about the organization in general as well as about the case.

TRAINING DAY II

In the morning, students participated in a workshop on idea creation, after which they were challenged to come up with over 100 solutions for the problem they were solving. After selecting the most promising solution, a sustainable business model canvas workshop helped the students to change their idea into a concrete solution that is implementable for their client.

SEMI-FINALS

The semi-finals were an intensive day starting with a pitch workshop where the students learned how to convince your client and the jury that your idea is the way to go. After developing and fine-tuning the pitches, it was time for the semi-finals! In the semi-final, the students battled against the other team who want to solve the same question. Each company chose the winner for their sustainable case.
